<p>Job security isn’t what it used to be. We’re no longer living in a world where you can expect to work for the same company for 30 years (and most of us probably wouldn’t want to!). We can’t control the economic environment, or the whims of our employer in going through a restructure, or changing employment conditions (hello return to office).</p><p>In this week’s episode, Sarah and Emma define career security, and talk about why it’s WAY more important (and in your control) than job security.
