She wrote to us about our tip about figuring out what stories you want the interviewer to walk away with and mapping them to the job description. She said this advice was an absolute game changer. Not only was it a useful and necessary exercise for me to dig deep into her past experience, but it’s an excellent framework for when you get a question from out of left field.
