She co-founded ROAR (Restaurants Organizing Advocating Rebuilding) and is a founding member of the Independent Restaurant Coalition (IRC). In addition, her passion extends to crafting a more equitable childcare system for working mothers. Her expansion of west~bourne includes collaborations with Oishii, Ron Finley, and MAD Agriculture. As a rising culinary star, she's hosted events for Goop, Vogue, and Revolve while also working with celebrities including Cameron Diaz and Whitney Port.
