Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Clue ("the App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.

2. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Clue offers optional auto-renewing subscription services ("Subscriptions") that grant access to premium features.

a. Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

b. Renewal

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

c. Free Trials

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

d. Refunds

All payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple Support. We do not issue refunds directly.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you will:

Use the App in a lawful manner and for its intended purposes only.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the App in any unauthorized way.
Be responsible for safeguarding your device and any data stored on it.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, and game mechanics, is the intellectual property of Clue or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clue is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, device malfunctions, or any other issues resulting from use.

7. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. These Terms of Use may also be updated periodically, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Apple App Store EULA

If you download the Clue app via the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using Clue on iOS, you agree to abide by this license as well as our Terms of Use.
