Abrir no Clue Sobre este vídeo
Most of us grew up with the advice to “work hard, save every penny, and avoid risk.” But what if that “safe” path is actually the biggest risk to our future? In this TEDx talk, Charlotte explores why not choosing is a decision in itself, how inflation quietly erodes your savings, and how patience can become your greatest asset in protecting and growing your wealth. Charlotte Van Brabander is a finfluencer and founder of Slim Sparen, a platform where she teaches people how to invest in the stock market. Her mission is to raise awareness around money psychology and help individuals and couples build a healthier relationship with their finances. As a poker player, investor, and entrepreneur, she engages with financial decision-making on a daily basis. Through her work, she aims to break the taboo surrounding money. She is the author of the bestselling books ‘FIRE’ and ‘Meer geld, minder stress’. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
