Jennifer studied the successful relationships of people who both had successful careers and what she found was absolutely fascinating. Jennifer is also the author of a new book called Couples that work - How dual career couple can thrive in love and work. I’ve been doing some research and two-thirds of all couples in the UK define themselves as having dual careers - this is where both partners feel like they have a career path they are both really invested in their work.
