He completed her master's degree in educational sciences at Sakarya University and her doctorate at Abant İzzet Baysal University. She has been pursuing her academic career since 2014. Having worked as a teacher for 2 years and as an administrator for 12 years within the Ministry of National Education, Toytok actively participated in numerous projects, boards, and commissions during this period. Currently, she works at the Faculty of Education at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University.
