Breaking Boundaries | Majd Kayali | TEDxASCSNAS Youth
Open in Clue About this video
In this thought-provoking TEDx Youth talk, Majd explores how fear, doubt, rejection, and societal expectations can become invisible boundaries that prevent us from reaching our full potential. Through personal reflection, historical examples, and powerful storytelling, he challenges the idea that our limitations are fixed. From inventors and athletes to influential leaders throughout history, Majd highlights a common theme: extraordinary achievements often begin with people refusing to accept the limits placed upon them. He explores how fear is often learned, how self-doubt can take root over time, and how many of the barriers we face are created not by reality, but by belief. At its heart, this talk is a call to rediscover the confidence, ambition, and imagination we once had before fear became our advisor. It reminds us that redefining what is possible begins with questioning the boundaries we have accepted and having the courage to move beyond them. Majd is a Grade 12 student, ready to graduate and experience university life! He is the TEDx ASCSNAS Youth speaker for the second time and this year, he took up the courage to talk about breaking boundaries to redefine what truly is possible. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
