I moved out of leadership from a toxic company and got a good job with slightly better pay but after a year and an unsuccessful application for a promotion I was feeling a bit stagnant. I thought I was in a good position this time around when another leadership opening in my department came up, but wanted to leave nothing to chance. I am confident in my employability and skills, but I have ADHD, anxiety and hot mess energy. Sometimes it feels like nobody understands my brain.
