Kimberley talks with Dr Nick Prior, a psychiatrist who has lived experience of the mental health condition. What's the difference between bipolar type 1 and type 2, when should you seek help, and what you can do to help manage your condition alongside a diagnosis?</p><p>Kimberley Wilson, chartered psychologist, is on a mission to sift through all the information and misinformation that’s out there around our mental health to help create more self-awareness and understanding.
