Jeff Warren is not your traditional meditation &ldquo;guru&rdquo;. He&rsquo;s just... well, a guy. A Canadian guy! And alongside his own challenges with ADD and Bipolar diagnoses (among other things), he&rsquo;s found a life and successful career in mindfulness and meditation.
