Not one person called for help, not one person came forward to give evidence and to this day his murder remains unsolved. But people weren't afraid of Ken's killers, this was vigilante street justice exacted against a violent bully and pedophile, who had raped, abused, assaulted - and generally terrorised the people of Skidmore, Missouri.
