He also reflects on high-profile cases, the Jill Dando murder, the London riots, and the officers he believes have been failed by the system.</p><p>After leaving the Met for Dorset, Chris helped tackle crime in Boscombe before later facing his own battle inside the organisation he had served for almost thirty years.
