Should you?</p><p>In this week’s episode Sarah and Emma debate the pros and cons of going back to work for an old employer. We can’t make the decision for you, but we can promise we’ll give you some food for thought and maybe nudge you in the right direction.</p><p><br></p><p>🏀 Shoot Your Shot - Jules from London wrote in to tell us that she has been a stay at home mum for a couple of years and wanted to get back into work. She had a few interviews that didn’t go well and didn’t get offers for jobs she was actually overqualified for! She then landed a great interview, and did some quick research and found us. She listened to 3 of our episodes - went in to the interview with a notebook (which she thinks impressed them), and she was asked straight away to go back for a second interview. She said she felt so much more confident, and wanted to thank us.
