Pendant 14 ans, Vincent Valinducq est devenu le parent de ses parents. Entre fatigue, culpabilité et amour, il nous raconte, avec justesse et parfois humour, son histoire bouleversante. Originaire du Havre, Vincent Valinducq, ancien ouvrier docker, est médecin généraliste à Paris depuis plus de 11 ans. Chroniqueur santé dans Bonjour la matinale sur TF1, il vulgarise la médecine au grand public. Auteur de « Je suis devenu le parent de mes parents », il s’engage pour les aidants.
