Lyndsey Hookway is paediatric nurse, children’s public health nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Holistic Sleep Coach, Ph.D. candidate, and birth trauma recovery practitioner. She is the author of three books: Holistic Sleep Coaching, Let’s Talk About Your New Family’s Sleep, and her latest book called Still Awake. She is also co-founder of the Holistic Sleep Coaching programme. This is a really powerful episode about trusting ourselves in all areas of parenting but particularly sleep.
