It was pretty much the ultimate 90s teen series.It tells the lives of Dawson, Jen, Pacey and Joey, four teens living in the fictional town of Capeside. They were played by James Vanderbeck, Michelle Williams, Joshua Jackson and Katie Holmes respectively. The main character is Dawson, hence the name of the series, and his dream is to make it as a cinema director or scriptwriter. Both Joey and Jen are Dawson’s childhood friends, but Jen has only just reacquainted with him after moving to Cape Side from New York. Why is it such a cult hit?
