Jeff Warren is not your traditional meditation “guru”. He’s just... well, a guy. A Canadian guy! And alongside his own challenges with ADD and Bipolar diagnoses (among other things), he’s found a life and successful career in mindfulness and meditation. Jeff is currently best known for his “Daily Trip” meditations on the Calm app. But he’s also written books and taught meditation to all walks of life around the world.
