Phew.</p> <p>However, holding on to resentment for prolonged periods of time can have a serious impact on your physical and emotional wellbeing, as well as your relationships (just ask Hugh and Josh).</p> <p>Then we get onto the F-word. Yep, that&rsquo;s right. We&rsquo;re talking about forgiveness.
