<p>Lewis McFarlane stops by (again)...</p><p>You might remember Lewis McFarlane from episode number 2 of the podcast. Lewis is an online coach and a really close friend. So, I am super excited that he opened up to me on another podcast.</p><p>This episode is a completely different speed and there is no host!</p><p>Lewis and I share our 2021 realisations.</p><p>We open up about how we have changed since we first came together on the podcast and why these changes in our mindset and lifestyle were critical for our wellbeing. There is really a stark contrast – arguably for the better.</p><p>We speak about how we ultimately tied happiness to achievement during the initial stages of the pandemic. We spoke about why having what we deemed as a “bulletproof” mindset was detrimental to our mental health.</p><p>Lewis talks about how he has lost followers due to being more authentic online.
