That has really worked well for me. Hi, it's Wednesday. I took Monday off this week because the weekend was so busy with the live drawing and the editing on Sunday.
Now I'm back at it. I have nothing, no new drawings to show to you today because I'm just starting on a new project. I'm just doing some research. I have some books here on my desk to get
inspired by. I need to draw a little illustration for a furniture brand and it is summer party themed. And they sent me one of my illustrations that I did for wedding stationery as an example of what kind
of mood they like. And uh yeah, now I'm just going through my books and seeing where I can get inspired. I really like Joanna Villas for any party inspirations. She's so good at capturing people having fun doing all
sorts of stuff. Yeah, Joanna Vill is my favorite illustrator. I have a little original here from her. So yeah, CB and I were both working from home. We just feel like we really need to get out.
I'm here in the living room. He's got his desk in the bedroom and we're just tinkering here. um both in very much a building stage and it's really fun to be doing this together, but we both
really need a little change of scenery. So, we're going to go to a cafe and then I got some questions about my thoughts on the future of illustration work AI. I want to talk about it later.
I don't Hi, it's Thursday evening. I just need to move a little bit. I spent Wait, I've been working on that sketch from yesterday and on some content job planning for something I need to film tomorrow.
So, I need to film a little um Tik Tok and a real for a chocolate brand. You might know what it's all about if you know about my wedding stationary offerings. Anyway, it's a really fun collaboration and I was just
preparing for that. I need to do some shopping for filming tomorrow. It's going to be a fun little errand and I can't wait to share with you the little video. Yeah, this kind of content jobs are starting to come
in. And I'm really glad because as an illustrator, freelancer, it's so good to have multiple streams of jobs, multiple ways of making money. When one thing is not going so well, there's other
things. And I really have a good feeling about this. And I'm so grateful that this YouTube thing, the Instagram thing, is starting to pay off a little bit. Yeah, as I said, I always collaborate and work with
brands and companies I really like and I'm proud to work with. But it is very useful. I got this comment on the last video. It's a very nice comment, but I just wanted to
make some things clear because I really want to paint a realistic picture of life as an illustrator. I don't want to make it seem like it's easy and it's always fun. And I think I haven't.
Like I always try to show the difficult parts as well, but yeah, I just want to address this. I can imagine that it takes a lot to show up at the live drawing. I'm glad it pays off and it's rewarding for you.
I'm interested to hear what your perspective on AI is and how it impacts your and in general the job life of creative people. I think you're encouraging people to try as an illustrator and generally said I think it's worth trying.
