Now she&rsquo;s written her first book, &ldquo;Ciao, Bella&rdquo; - filled with stories from her amazing and colourful life. But even with all her success, like all of us, Kate&rsquo;s life hasn&rsquo;t been perfect.</p> <p>In this raw episode, Kate generously shares what it was like when her eldest son Lewis was diagnosed with Leukaemia, and how it impacted her life and her family - then and now.
