<p>Boredom is a bitch! We get into a bit of a slump and then you start doing things that don&#39;t serve us in any way, shape, form, or fashion. We make bad decisions and/or we don&#39;t listen to our gut. Boredom can come from inadequate rest or nutrition, monotony of the mind, or a high need for excitement.
