Lauren, aka Lozza, is an activist as well as a charity founder, podcast host and cancer survivor.</p><br><p>Lauren was diagnosed with breast cancer aged 31, after finding a lump. She also talks about how her diagnosis completely changed her whole outlook on life, her previous podcast <em>You Me and the Big C, </em>mental health and so, so much more.
