Following the birth of her first child, she re-trained as an antenatal teacher and birth and postnatal doula. And she has since worked with 1000s of parents over the past 17 years. She is also a prolific author of 12 books, including the Gentle Sleep Book and the Gentle Eating Book. This episode might not be what you think.
