Simple ways to eat well with no time with Rhiannon Lambert
O tym odcinku
Welcome to this episode of the Motherkind podcast and happy new year. It is January and I’m sure you are being bombarded with messages, adverts, diet books, and celebrity workout plans. I really think this episode is the antithesis to all of that. I find eating nutritious food quite a stressful area of my life. I have a fussy daughter who eats about the same 5 foods on repeat. I also think about my own diet. Am I giving myself the best chance of having the energy levels that I want and need. Am I eating healthily enough. It is an area of my life I do worry about.
