Revz thought hers were through the sleep drama, Gem is in the thick of sleepless BS, and we just need to talk about what utter torture sleep deprivation is. And because we’re doctors, we wanna talk about the shamey, shamey horse sh*t that is spread around by some people who aren’t on team sleep training. Then we talk about the sleep aids WE need to head off to Dreamland and why we think it’s ok to give kids NONE when we need so many. Then, can we normalise 0 activity weekends?
