Government data showed that in 2022, people ate an average of 854g of meat per week, which is down 14% compared to a decade ago. For those cutting down on meat or giving it up completely, alternatives like legumes can provide similar nutrients. But completely changing one's dietary habits and cooking style can be daunting.
