McGowan tweeted about the assault in 2016, not naming Weinstein but leaving no doubt as to whom she was accusing. “</span><span>Could you have imagined at that point,” Farrow asks her, that “we’d be sitting here talking about Harvey Weinstein getting convicted?” McGowan takes a long pause. “No. But I did think there could be a massive cultural shift.
