For this episode, we spend the day at home in east London with the cook and food writer Meera Sodha as she "sets the space" for a day of recipe testing, before picking up the kids from school – via the local kebab shop for naan bread fresh from the tandoor. We find out how and why she gets her two daughters, Arya, 8, and Yogi, 5, involved with food prep, the importance of the mid-week family meal, and what her small shrine of kitchen gods brings to the table.
