She decided she wanted to make a career change into people operations but didn’t know where to start. She listened to the pod, updated her resume with our tips and started applying. When she landed an interview she listened to our episodes on phone screening, asking questions, what to do when you go blank, and even bought a notebook to take into the virtual interview!
