Questions like ‘Do I have enough friends?’ or ‘Do other people have more friends than me?’ frequently show up in the therapy room. In this episode, Kimberley and her guest, clinical psychologist Dr Martha Deiros Collado, explore the good and bad sides of friendship.</p><p>Kimberley Wilson, chartered psychologist, is on a mission to sift through all the information and misinformation that’s out there around our mental health.
