Every time I go into somebody else's kitchen, it's mayhem. >> I don't know why though. >> So what the new show is with people with this the I mean it really kind of scares you to ever eat out again.

But to see what the the conditions of of kitchens and what what's back there. How how do you eat out at restaurants like that? >> Well, I mean over the last couple of years, whether I'm in Paris, uh Barcelona, New York, or even here

in LA, um every time I go out for dinner, nothing happens for an hour. So I just sit there like sort of nobody knows mates thinking, "Mhm, right. Problem." Either the chef's disappeared or my food's going through

the dishwasher three or four times. So uh I mean We go in there to turn it around. We put a lot of work and a lot of effort into it and we're very very careful um on

dealing with individuals, but you know, I'm horrified. They know I'm coming and if that's what it's like when I arrive, then what's it like three or four months before I get there? >> Yeah.

Yeah, exactly. Well, it's good thing you're doing this. More people should surprise them and do this to change the conditions. And I just want to say real quick, we're going

to cook in the next segment, but um I don't know if people know this about you, but you do so much for abused women. Your father was an alcoholic and you know what that's like for women to go through that, what your mother
