Brenda Schaefer and Mel Ignatow - Part 1

Brenda Schaefer, a beautiful 36 year old from Louisville Kentucky, went missing in September of 1988. Her car was found abandoned and vandalized early on a Sunday morning, but Brenda was nowhere to be found. Mel Ignatow, Brenda’s one-time fiancé, was an immediate suspect, but there was no direct evidence implicating him and no body.
