An Iron Man.</p> <p>An Iron Man is a triathlon comprising of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and 26 mile run.</p> <p>In this episode we speak about the three life cycles of completing one.</p> <p>Pre: the training, nutrition, recovery, preparation, mental fortitude and nae-sayers.</p> <p>Intra: the self-talk, the pain, the conditions, the fuelling.</p> <p>Post: the reflections, the emotions, the support, and the next challenge.</p> <p>Kristian suffered every set back in preparation including the event being rescheduled 3 times in 3 different countries and Kristian contracting covid weeks before his race.
